What we did :
- Owen picked me up, after I’d stayed up all night
- Went to Owens. In the car journey there, he told me about search and rescue teams
- Met Sally the American diplomat, she’s nice
- Went to the pub. Chatted with Sally, also Owen (about army, looking after your team mates, Band of Brothers).
- Also chatted with John (?) who I thought was called Charlie, I liked his liberal leaning views of men vs. women
- And met Bryan! He’s black and well travelled. He recommends Goa in India, he likes how the people there are very accepting of what they have and friendly. He also likes Tijuana!
- After the pub, went to Owens, met bj and Dan and Brody and coda
- Bit of a blur there, just chatted and hung out I guess
- Had Xmas Dinner at Tuckers (I can’t remember his first name)
- I sat between Wills and BJ, the food was great as expe Ted from Owen!
- At one point my meds had run out and I crashed hard, it was dreadful, like I’ve never experienced before, I even cried a bit. I have no idea why it was so hard, but I know that I was fine, then suddenly completely wasn’t and almost had like a mini meltdown. I don’t like being off my meds!
- Opened presents! I got an epic tower of snacks 😆
- Brody got a tiny Man U kit!
- I got bj and Dan some party games, I got Brody a magnetic building block set, William a nerd gun (which he bloody loved!), and Owen a wolverine graphic novel/compendium which I think he liked, he certainly didn’t have it before!
- I also got bj a secret present, a blue t-shirt with a cartoon racoon, it says “I came, I saw, I forgot what I was doing”, and she really loves it! Actually this was close to going home time, I nearly forgot about giving it to her!
- We played charades! I liked acting things out but it was hard to think of new things! Dan loved acting things out too, we really connectes in this interesting special kind of way over charades
- I rally like him, obvs! And it’s cool to think that he likes me too 😀
- After dinner, me and Dan had a blasting headache. Brody and wills were playfighting, Brody got hurt a couple of times but was fine after a few minutes of the right kind of attention!
- We went him pretty early, around 10pm!
- Tomorror were meeting peeps for lunch, and aging video games!!

- Yesertday I was pretty adamant about not having kids, today I’m not so sure! But definitely for now I don’t want any. I love Brody, he’s absolutely amazing, but it takes so much! As bj would say, it’s a lot
- Dan said I should move down here! 😀
- BJ and Dan are cool with me staying a bit longer, kipping on their couch! Which is great because, although I’ll have had like 3 full days plus 2 kinda half days, it is a lot of travel to feel in like I’m going back so soon
